The police seem to have given up in Los Angeles. Hollywood homeowner holds trespasser at gunpoint: LAPD
Someone was trying to break in. The homeowner, who was armed, and a neighbor, who was also armed held the suspect until police arrived.
The man who was held at gunpoint was detained by officers for trespassing. He was later released without charges, police said.
Bets on whether or not the DA in Los Angeles will charge the homeowner and the neighbor? They are EEEEVIL gun owners, after all.
Self-defense is a human right. Attempted breaking and entering is apparently a legal right in Los Angeles. Why does anyone want to live in California?
