New Music from one of my favorite Symphonic Metal bands, though there isn't anything about this song that sounds metal to me. Here is how the band describes this song.

Most of the song is in English, but since a few parts of the song are in Ukrainian, I think a link to the lyrics and their translation is in order. Find them at this link. I don't like Genius lyrics, which is that link, but my usual sources have let me down. You usually get an autoplay audio of video track. I don't think that happens here, but to see either the original Ukrainian (Cyrillic, I believe), or a romanization of the lyrics, you need to click on "translations."
Sharon den Adel's voice truly shines in this song.
This song is "Sing Like a Siren" by Within Temptation and Jerry Heil. It was released May 15th as a single. There is also an "official video" that was released on May 26th if you're interested in such things. I haven't watched it, because I find official videos distracting.
