Good News or Bad? A bit of both. HeyJackass! brings us the March Wrap-up
Strange patterns are forming where the number of shot is lower, but those that are shot are more likely to pass. More practice, better shot placement, slower and lesser quality emergency care, high tides, full moons, or whatever the reason(s) may be, higher fatality rates do not bode well for the upcoming Summer of Silly Decisions.
The final March totals were 38 killed, with 97 shot and wounded. Those totals are significantly better than the past few years.
