“Pimp-slapped,” metaphorically speaking, of course. This event has astonished the world. When it happened, my office TV was tuned to Fox News, but I immediately switched over to MSNBC to see how they were reacting and . . . Well, it would be wrong to say it’s driven them crazy, as they’ve been non compos mentis for years, but whatever else the MSNBC crowd was obsessed over before, they’ve suddenly forgot it and will be 24/7 on this story until further notice.
As someone on the internet said: Must see TV.
