A man accused of multiple murders in Jefferson County, including two mass shootings, is facing three more murder charges in a string of deadly shootings that claimed 14 lives in 14 months.
On Tuesday, officials with the Birmingham Police Department announced that they had obtained warrants for mass shooting suspect Damien McDaniel in the murder of Jordan Melton as well as the attempted murder of fellow firefighter Jamal Jones.
A couple of the stories I looked at regarding the arrest were quite short. This one is long, but it has a comprehensive timeline of the shootings.
Given how much fuss is made over mass shootings, I'm a bit shocked (not really) that these weren't national stories.
Is this a sign of the breakdown of civilization, or just a sign that the Left is no longer interested in fighting crime of any kind?
