This song came across one of my streaming services recently, and I was a bit surprised. I remember it of course; it was Billy Joel's first major hit, and it was on the radio a lot. It became his signature song. What I was surprised about, when I went looking, is that a lot of younger people have never heard it. Though I really shouldn't be surprised by that.

This song is "Piano Man" by Billy Joel. It was the title song to his second album, which came out in 1973.
