We have a story about another failure of the victim-selection process. Boardman neighbor shot during alleged apartment invasion moves from hospital to jail - WFMJ
First he got shot, then he got arrested. Since they were neighbors, I assume this is also a time when someone you know can pose a threat.
Fifty-eight-year-old Lawrence Simon was booked into county jail Thursday after spending a couple of days in the hospital recovering from a gunshot wound to the leg.
He got shot after he kicked in the door to an apartment.
Boardman, Ohio is about 6 miles south of Youngstown, or about an 80 mile drive southwest of Cleveland.
He will be charged with burglary, at the very least.
Self-defense is a human-right.
