Texas — One person was shot twice by a Fort Worth homeowner during a possible attempted break-in, police said.
Cops are convinced it is self-defense, but cops don't make determinations about charges. Still, this happened in Texas, and not in New York City.
Fort Worth police said the person who was shot was taken to the hospital with "what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries."
I wonder if he knows how lucky he is to be alive.
Self-defense is a human right, and in Texas, it seems to be your legal right as well. Good Guys 1, Bad Guys 0.
