If you can't keep machine guns out of a prison, I would say you have something of a security problem.

FGC-9 stands for F*$# Gun Control, 9mm. They are easily manufactured with a 3D printer and some metal parts. They are cropping up all over the place, from South America, to Europe, Southeast Asia.
