Florida is a Bad Place to break into homes. 16-year-old shot by homeowner while breaking into Mascotte home, police say
Mascotte, Florida is a small town, about 30 miles west of Orlando. While I've never been there, I believe it could be called a suburb.
He broke into the home about 6 o'clock Thursday morning. He was met by an armed homeowner, and was shot.
Police say that the teen may be tied to another attempted break-in earlier Thursday morning.
So he was determined, but not smart.
He was taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Center where he was listed in critical condition.
The gun-hating part of the Left, will call this a "teen, tragically shot," because they don't care that he was engaged in a crime when he got shot. Don't clutter the issue with facts.
Self-defense is a human-right.
