From The Other McCain - NYC Maniac Turned Loose So He Could Stab Two Girls in Grand Central Station
Gosh, if only there were some simple phrase to briefly summarize the public safety threat posed by the mentally ill:
We eliminated institutions for dealing with mental illness because of a movie. I guess that sums up how America makes decisions.
It was clear this guy was a threat to society. It is sort of a miracle that he didn't kill anyone. He did stab 2 young girls in Grand Central Station Terminal.
