I doubt that the bad guys will get this memo. Suspect Breaking into San Diego County Home Dies After Being Shot by Vista Homeowner
Vista, California is a city in San Diego County. It is roughly 10 miles east of Carlsbad
While on the phone with the Sheriff's Department, the resident stated the suspect was now breaking into the home and a gunshot was heard. Deputies responded and located the suspect with a gunshot wound. Deputies provided medical aid, and he was taken to the hospital by paramedics.
He died at the hospital.
This being California, they are still trying to figure out how to charge the homeowner with something. Or, in other words, the investigation continues.
