Milica Živković walked into court as a victim, but the judge gave her a slap on the wrist for ‘exceeding the necessity of self-defence’.
She was assaulted on the street by a Turkish immigrant in northern Montenegro. She is a student of kickboxing, so she knocked him out. She was fined €82.
The guy who assaulted her was fined only €370 and released from jail.
Milica Živković is planning to appeal.
The next time someone from the gun-hating part of the Left says we should be more like Europe, send them this, and ask them if this is what they mean. Do they mean that women should fined for daring to defend themselves from sexual assault.
