The Police, and powers that be, want the defenseless victims in Oakland, California to carry air horns, as if that will stop armed robbers. To be fair, they have to do something, but they are constrained from suggesting anything that might actually work.
Crime is out of control in Oakland.
Although homicides are down 14% in the last year, burglaries have increased by 41% and robberies by more than 20%, according to data from the city’s police department.

You know what we use here in Texas to stop criminals from robbing us? 223, 556, 9mm, 40 Smith and Wesson, 12 gauge. But, I can't say it's everyone, because there was a woman I did a video on not too long ago who used a .357 to stop the criminals from robbing her.
