This was from the middle of July, when WXRT was revisiting 1992.
This song is "Laid So Low (Tears Roll Down)" by Tears for Fears. It was released as a single in 1992 to promote the greatest hits album, Tears Roll Down (Greatest Hits 82-92).
Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith, the founders of Tears for Fears had a falling out in 1991, and essentially broke up the band, though Smith kept the name alive until they would reunite in 2000, which would result in a tour and a couple of albums.
