This guy was ::surprise!:: a DACA holdover and upon his felony conviction for Kidnapping, ineligible to stay in the USA. For some reason, he was allowed to plead to a lesser felony, served a few years, applied for asylum due to mental illness and in 2021, released by INS to make the acquaintance of a US Senator and his future murder victim.
I miss living in a country ruled by laws, and not by insanity.
