A woman told arriving officers that she was sitting in the alley when Ernesto Nuno approached her and revealed his genitals to her moments before asking the woman to copulate him orally, Esqueda said.
She refused to engage in sexual activities with Nuno, prompting him to punch the woman in the face and head while attempting to remove her pants and weigh her down with his body, Esqueda said.
She caused him to "relent" when she stabbed him in the hand. Cops caught up with him and arrested him.
Self-defense is a human-right. It might be your legal right in California, though I am not sure I would count on that.
