How fair is it to the families of the dead? Missing girls likely among 7 bodies found in Okmulgee County, sheriff says: 'Everybody's dead'
As the search continued Monday, officials said they believed the girls were with Jesse McFadden, 39. According to online court records, McFadden had a trial date in Muskogee County set for Monday on charges of soliciting sexual conduct/communication with a minor by use of technology and a child pornography complaint.
The "complaint" was about an incident that occurred when he was in prison.
The other McCain has more details. ‘Everybody’s Dead’: Seven Bodies Found at Oklahoma Sex Offender’s Home
In 2003, when he was 19 years old, Jesse McFadden of Oklahoma was convicted of first-degree rape and sentenced to 20 years in prison. In 2017, while still in prison, “he was accused of sexting an underage girl,” but despite this, was released from prison in 2020.
He got out of prison, got married, and moved outside of Tulsa. The dead people include McFadden, the wife, her three children, and the two missing girls. Those girls are Ivy Webster, 14, and Brittany Brewer, 16, who were friend's of the teenage daughter, Tiffany.
As The Other McCain sums it up:
Yes, everybody’s dead — because that son of a bitch got out of prison.
