Reporters In Oklahoma Confused about Self-defense

But they are reporters. Arkansas man fatally shot by Oklahoma homeowner

The soon-to-be-dead guy got into an "altercation" with someone in front of a house, he then went inside the house and got shot. Police are apparently treating it as self-defense. I'm pretty sure that Oklahoma does have a version of the Castle Doctrine, so it would be amazing if the homeowner was charged for defending himself in his own home.

As for the reporter:

[Gerald Davidson, Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation interim spokesperson] declined to release the name of the shooter and Delaware County Sheriff James Beck said the shooter is not in custody.

That is because law enforcement does not release the names of the victims of crime. But then expecting a reporter to be able to tell the difference between a victim and a criminal is a stretch. Leftists can be that way.

And self-defense is a human-right.
