Gotham City without Batman is never a good place. In surprise show, Dave Chappelle tells San Francisco audience they 'need a Batman'
Well it is clear that the powers-that-be are not interested in maintaining law and order.
During the show, he said San Francisco has become "half 'Glee,' half zombie movie," and told the audience that they and the city "need a Batman."
