Texans Are Still Armed

So you shouldn't go crazy, make threats and advance on them. Things won't go well for you if you do. Man shot by Upshur County homeowner after allegedly threatening them

According to the sheriff’s office, the homeowner told officials he was working on a car in the driveway of his house in the 7300 block of Pacal Road in the West Mountain community when an unknown person drove by and yelled at him for unknown reasons.

About 15 minutes later, officials said the homeowner heard screams coming from the back of his property and found the same person who had yelled at him from their car.

At this point the guy from the car advances, makes threats and gets shot. He runs into a wooded area and that is where police catch up with him. They take him to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries.

Self-defense is a human-right, and Texas is not New Jersey.
