About time someone did something about the train-wreck that is the Justice System. Missouri attorney general’s ultimatum to Kim Gardner: Resign or face removal from office
“It is time for the Circuit Attorney to go and for the rule of law and justice to prevail,” [Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey] said.
The final straw seems to have been when a guy, who broke bond rules 50 times while awaiting trial, was still free when he hit a high-school volleyball player, causing her to lose her legs.
Something needs to be done, because Justice is broken in this country.
