“Possible” Hate Crime

I guess if they actually called it a hate crime it would make their bad statistics on that front even worse. Video shows moment boy, 7, and dad struck by BB pellets in possible hate crime

A father and his son, in traditional Hasidic garb, in front of a store called Kosher Island, were struck by BB gun pellets from a passing car that had no license plate. This took place on Staten Island. Given all of that, the best the authorities can do is say "maybe" it was a hate crime.

And I mention that they may be protecting the statistics because the statistics in New York are not good.

According to the NYPD, there have been 571 hate crimes reported so far this year, up from 495 during the same period in 2021, a 15.4% jump.

Of those, there have been 278 anti-Semitic attacks so far in 2022, compared to 182 at the same time last year, a 52.7% jump, the stats show.

And here I thought NYC was a Progressive Utopia.
