And yes, 18 is technically a teenager, but it is also the age of being a legal adult for cases of prosecution.
The homeowner said he grabbed his rifle and fired several shots after he heard Jackson break a window, unlock his front door and start to walk up the stairs.
The guy who got shot was identified. He was 18 years old. He died on the way to the hospital.
What would you do, if someone broke into your home at 3 AM?
The investigation continues, but this didn't happen in New Jersey; it happened in Georgia. And self-defense is a human-right.
