Isn't this something that the gun-hating Left says never happens? ‘Brutal’ attack on pregnant woman at Publix ends when witness pulls gun, Florida cops say
Largo, Florida is roughly west of Tampa and north of St. Petersburg.
A guy, who was the subject of a restraining order, showed up at a supermarket, punched his pregnant girlfriend, knocking her to the ground. He then decided to stomp on her head and upper body. He knew she was pregnant.
A man who witnessed the attack said he feared for the woman’s life, prompting him to intervene. [The guy abusing his girlfriend] didn’t stop brutalizing the woman until the witness pulled a gun on him, according to the affidavit.
The abuser claims he blacked out during the attack, but he knew enough to stop the attack when confronted by an armed citizen. Cops took the bad-guy to jail, though the bail set seems on the low side to me.
Self-defense, and defense of others, is a human-right. (Hat tip to Wirecutter:"We don't go for that sh*t around here" .)
