There isn't really much information in the article beyond the headline, but it is nice to know that some people in Europe are stating facts.

I'm not surprised, Germany seems to be slow-walking aid to Ukraine. I think they expected the war to be over by now, and business back to normal.
He warned them and the rest of those NATO turds. They all rushed off to Bidens Ukraine war and for what? BoJo got shitcanned and it's looks like it will be a long cold winter for Europe.
