You can click thru for the details, but the point is that the Progressives, and their Defund the Police initiative, together with soft-on-crime (non) Prosecutors, have elevated crime to levels not seen in decades.
New Orleans passed 100 murders for 2022 on May 16, the fastest the city has reached the grim milestone since before Hurricane Katrina in 2004, according to WDSU 6. In 2019, the city suffered 120 murders for the whole year.
That is an amazing feat. Basically increase the number of murders by 100 percent in 3 or 4 years. Could you have done any better, if that is exactly what you set out to do? So was the plan to get to martial law all along?
