He went out of his way to kill an old man with his PT Cruiser.
The Sheriff called him "pure evil." I have to agree.
If there is no Good or Evil, there can be no Right and Wrong, and the only constraint on your behavior is your own concious, or whatever punishment the state can mete out. Sadly, there is a lack of human compassion, and in much of the country, the state, in the form on non-prosecuting liberal DAs, has decided that Justice and Punishment are very 20th Century ideas.
Florida is still handing down punishment.
Justyn Pennell, 24, will spend the rest of his life behind bars without the possibility of parole for mowing down 75-year-old grandfather and Vietnam War veteran Michael Pratt with a Chrysler hatchback in January 2020.
Weep for the future of this country.
