I'm guessing that this wasn't how he planned that this would turn out. Man arrested after Bremerton homeowner shoots at home invasion suspect.
When officers arrived, the homeowner told them a man had broken into the home and attacked him and his wife with a blunt force object.
The homeowner and the man fought throughout the house.
At one point, the homeowner was able to retrieve a gun and fired a single warning shot at the man.
At that point he thought it was a good idea to hide, and not beat a hasty retreat.
Officers searched the home and found the man hiding in a bathroom tub behind a shower curtain.
He was arrested and faces charges that include assault, because the homeowner and his wife were both injured.
Self-defense is a human-right. Good Guys 1, Bad Guys 0.
