HeyJackass! brings us the February Wrap-up
February 2022 was marginally better than the same month last year and almost the same as 2020. So the Powers That Be will celebrate that CRIME IS DOWN! Even though it is about double what it was in 2015. That is what is known in Chicago as "Progress!"
February usually marks the bottom of the trend, as such, we’ll start climbing from here as the weather turns and Spring Training gives way to the annual Summer Shooting Season.
