Police responded to the shooting and made contact with a homeowner who said an armed intruder had broken into the residence.
The homeowner told police they shot the intruder.
Since the guy was found inside the home he had broken into, I don't think there will be much doubt. That said, the investigation continues.
Self-defense is a human-right.
