The carjacker allegedly approached the driver, 39, while he was making a delivery in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, pointing a gun at him and demanding his car, FOX 29 Philadelphia reported.
But the delivery driver had his own weapon, and was a better shot. The bad guy shot at the good guy, and missed. The bad guy got shot several times.
The story doesn't mention what restaurant the delivery guy works for, but if it is one of the major chains, they will probably fire him. Large corporations prefer dead employees to empowered employees. Or something.
Self-defense is a human-right.
