One was 17 and one was 19. Old enough to know better.
Oh, and North Carolina is not New Jersey.
Self-defense is a human-right.
I think that the concept is that if they take your guns, they can't be stolen and sold to those "impulsive" teens who would then do something nasty. And if they catch one of those "impulsive" teens with a gun,, they don't prosecute because that would ruin the teen's future prospects. See!? It's all your fault.
