A confrontation over nothing. Self-defense investigated in shooting death at New Orleans convenience store
I guess it could be a robbery gone really wrong. In which case it would be a case of "Another failure of the victim-selection process."
Police are investigating whether the victim had “aggressively” approached a male driver after he pulled his car next to a fuel pump, the sources said. The driver shot the man then waited for first responders to arrive following a 911 call.
The shooter was not arrested. The investigation is continuing.
Self-defense is a human-right.
