County 911 dispatchers received a call at about 5 p.m., from a man saying he had just shot his father and was suicidal, the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies immediately responded to a home in the Shell Creek RV Resort and Marina on Washington Loop Road.
After a complete search of the area, it was determined that the caller who claimed to be “Joshua Wilson” is not a resident of the park and has no relation to the homeowner at the address where deputies were dispatched.
They apparently don't have much information. The name and the phone number didn't yield much to go on.
Swatters could face five to 15 years in prison, depending on the cost incurred by law enforcement and whether the incident resulted in bodily harm or death.
If you are SWATed by careful, be precise, and sue the bastards if they disturb anything. Even the current chief of the BLM (Black Liberation Movement) Extortion Project has gotten the call. If a "mental" has killed family members and is considering "suicide", "Who Cares?" A suicide by a murderer will save taxpayers an expensive mental evaluation, a trial, and expensive custodial care, in prison or in a "funny farm", and, either way, Lots of worry when they let "it" loose. There is no cause to trash your life and your home. Be careful, be precise, and get a lawyer. Make sure that the officials track the SWATer and that the officials repair/replace everything that they damaged. That is the game, so get in and play. Don't be a "nice" sucker. The BLM extortionist was hit three times. Be careful and make sure that the "storm troopers" learn how to do it correctly. Hey! The gubbmint can track every mobile phone. It might be a "burner", but if they will not even try, "present the bill!". They will "behave" better, "Next Time". And you can be pretty sure that there willo be a "next time". BLM has had three.
