She broke into an occupied home - in Texas - at about 5:20 a.m. on Sunday. The homeowner defended himself.
The homeowner was transported to the Beaumont Police Department to speak with detectives.
As of now, it does not appear any charges will be filed.
That is because self-defense is a human-right, and in Texas it is your legal right.
