Originally '62, by the Chantays, and covered by one hell of a lot of different folks - from Dick Dale with Stevie Ray Vaughn all the way to Anthrax and very unique surf punk band Agent Orange. (I highly recommend their cover of Metallica's "Seek And Destroy".)
