A man opened fire on a group of people who entered his eastern Pennsylvania home to rob him, killing one and seriously wounding another, state police said.
Police in Monroe County said the resident’s confrontation with the five intruders happened at about 5:45 p.m. Monday
The guy who was injured was taken to a hospital, and he was arraigned on Tuesday. He faces charges of burglary, robbery, aggravated assault, theft and more.
The police have not released information on the guy who was killed.
The police know who the other three miscreants are, but they have not been arrested yet.
Without the means of self-defense, people will just be overpowered by large numbers of attackers.
While the investigation is ongoing, self-defense is a human-right.
I'd personally prefer an inexpensive semi-automatic 12 gauge 3" chamber loaded with #3 buck.

I haven't seen any report on what kind of gun he used. Most of the news outlets are just reprinting the AP report.
