Felony Murder in Oklahoma

The Left thinks it is unfair you should be held responsible for the completely foreseeable consequences of your actions. Man charged, arrested in Tulsa's third homicide; police say victim was shot in self-defense.

Two guys decide it is a good idea to rob a man in his own home. In Tulsa, Oklahoma, which is not anywhere near New Jersey. One died. One was injured, arrested, and is now charged with murder, even though he didn't shoot anyone.

Detectives determined that the shooter, who was not arrested, acted in self-defense.

Self-defense is a Human-right. And in Oklahoma, it is mostly your legal right.

  1. There is nothing unusual about this. It is standard law across the US. If you participate in a felony, and someone, anyone dies, you are charged with murder.
