From a car thief's perspective, the streets of Manhattan are lined with gold, There are luxury vehicles parked all over the place out here, but since our city has decided to stop putting people in jail when they do things that are wrong, the owners of these vehicles are exposed to rising levels of danger every time they leave their house and try to drive to work.
