What do you get when you take an Indian cultural myth of a masked vigilante, add a dash of 1990s graphic-novel, action-movie, with at least one John-Wick-style fight scene? Oh, and a bit of humor thrown in for good measure. You just might get the upcoming movie Monkey Man.
An Indian movie that is mostly in English, just might have a chance to do something at the US box office. And since it was not made by Hollywood, it actually has a chance to be good.
Just one, small ember can burn down everything.
