Philadelphia is probably a tough place to deliver pizza. Lawlessness is completely out of hand. I'm not sure it is all that different than any other city. Maybe it is different in degree, but lawlessness is breaking out all over the place. Pizza delivery driver shoots would-be carjacker in the butt, Pennsylvania police say.
The journalists - or whoever it was that wrote the headline - make it sound like the bad guy was alone, and was shot while he was running away. He wasn't alone.
Two armed men in masks confronted the 21-year-old driver as he was delivering food, according to NBC 10, citing police.
After forcing him into his car, the pair demanded money and asked if the driver had access to funds on his phone, according to the outlet.
He was able to draw his own weapon and shoot one of his attackers, who police found and took to the hospital. The other is hiding from police.
