It seems that self-defense is becoming quite the thing in Illinois.
Mansfield Wallace, 51, and Tabitha Hemphill, 31, knocked on the door of a resdence Monday morning in the 8500 block of West Catherine Avenue, police said.
When an 80-year-old man opened the door, they forced their way inside and began fighting with the victim, according to police.
The homeowner, despite being injured, was able to fire one shot. It struck Mansfield Wallace in the chest.
Wallace and Hemphill have been arrested. The homeowner was taken to a local hospital due to the injuries where he was in critical condition.
So what should the old and infirm do? Just hand over all of their possessions to the young and violent? I would really like to know what the left thinks.
In the meantime, self-defense is a human-right.
It is no more possible to know what the left "thinks" than it is to know what an amoeba thinks. The concept of thought is both foreign and anathema to the left, which acts only on feral instinct and instructions from its leadership.
