Probably not. But it will be the year when at least some people in Hollywood were forced to recognize that Woke BS doesn't make money.
Politics is downstream of culture, and the woke scolds have been destroying the culture, and people have been saying stuff like, "It's only movies; it isn't that important." The people who say that then go back to screaming at their television because their favorite sports-ball team is losing.
Just in time for the end-of-the-year reviews, Gary B. (also known as Nerdrotic) has a review of the utter failure that is Hollywood in 2022. Well, not a complete failure. A couple of movies that should not have made money did manage to break even and make some profit. But a number of Woke projects crashed and burned.
I'll let Gary B's video stand on its own, but in other movie news Top Gun: Maverick is back in movie theaters, so if you didn't see it, or if you want to see it again here is your chance.
