Was He Killed By Weak Prosecution?

No. He died because of decisions he made, but if the DA had sent him to jail, he might still be alive. NYC suspect Rameek Smith dead after shootout with NYPD cops

He was arrested for an illegal gun in March of 2020. In May of 2022 he opened fire on police officers - shooting one of them - and ended up dead.

Who exactly do weak prosecutors help?

After Vargas, 32, and his partner, who were in uniform, exited their unmarked car, Smith fled on foot, officials said.

The two cops gave chase and after a block-and-a-half pursuit, Smith turned around on Bathgate Avenue and allegedly fired two shots at the cops, striking Vargas. The officers returned fire, hitting Smith in the head, police and sources said.

Without consequences behavior will not change. The prosecutors around the country who refuse to prosecute know that. I believe that they want to destroy the criminal justice system, and with it, what is left of civilization.
