But the bias in the media cannot allow it to look like a non-state-actor with a handgun is a good thing.
The guard, who is licensed to carry a concealed gun, shot the 31-year-old man after he pulled a gun from his waist during a verbal altercation with a gas station clerk.
So the sequence of events: He pulls a handgun, a clear threat of death or grave bodily injury. He gets shot, by a guy whose job it is to prevent bad things from happening to good guys.
Oh, and the guy who got shot was arrested at a local hospital.
But the media has to see law-abiding gun users as bad guys no matter the facts.
Self-defense is a human-right.
