The “weather has nothing to do with it” seasonal “downward trend” played out more or less as planned. Year-end pearl clutching ahead.
November's totals were 63 killed and 257 wounded. That compares to 59 killed and 289 wounded in 2020, and 35 killed and 160 wounded in 2019.
I'm sure that means that the powers that be in The Windy City (Lightfoot, Brown, and Foxx) will claim that crime is down.
