Though the police are not saying much. Fort Smith man fatally shot at Scott County home, authorities say
James Simmons Jr., 34, was shot inside the residence, and transported to Mercy Hospital Waldron, where he was pronounced dead, authorities said.
Simmons had left the area of the residence when deputies arrived, state police spokesperson Bill Sadler said in an email.
He was in a home that wasn't his at 11 PM. He was in a confrontation and got shot by the homeowner. The police did NOT arrest the homeowner.
They aren't saying anything else except that the DA determines if a prosecution is warranted.
Self-defense is a human-right, and Arkansas hasn't morphed into New Jersey.
Notice how much control and authority the D.A. has. This is why we must track down the Soros' district attorneys and get them defeated.
