In Fear for Himself, and His Customers

He shot the guy who was threatening everyone. UPDATE: Clerk shoots protecting Circle K on Forrest Rd.

[Columbus Police Department Chief of Staff, Katina] Williams says [the guy who got shot] was both physically and verbally aggressive with customers and the clerk. The clerk shot him in the shoulder stating that he feared for the lives of the customers and himself.

Cops found him lying in the grass outside the store. He is in critical condition in a local hospital, and has not yet been charged. A gunshot wound to the shoulder isn't like it is in the movies.

Police describe the guy who got shot as the "primary aggressor," and since this took place in Georgia, and not New Jersey, I do not expect that they will charge the clerk.

Self-defense is a human-right. Good Guys 1, Bad Guys 0.
