Police have said the preliminary investigation shows that the shooter acted in self-defense. The Prosecutor's office is still reviewing the case.
Cierra Allen died at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
Self-defense is a human-right.
Anything is possible, but a straight-arrow law student out on the city at O-dark hundred suggests some drama. Maybe she was trying to rescue a damsel-in-distress and either the "damsel" had second thoughts or the damsel's dependent significant other or pimp defended his meal ticket. There is lots of psychpathology out in the dark city streets. Or maybe "straight arrow" tried to run off without paying. Lots of potential stories.
